Off the Wagon?

I didn’t follow my healthy eating habits very strictly this week. So after trying to be healthy and eating a veggie burger for lunch, I figured that if i already blew it for the week, I might as well eat what I want tonight. Tomorrow my week starts over — meaning, I weigh myself on Friday mornings (I subscribe to the Weight Watchers online “do-it-yourself” program instead of attending weekly meetings with weigh-ins).

Bad idea, I know, but I wound up making Boboli pizza for dinner (which isn’t toooooo terrible compared to regular delivery pizza) and then I made myself a huge mug of hot chocolate and ate a few other junky things I normally wouldn’t consume. I’ve also got some No Pudge! brownies in the oven. (They are absolutely awesome! Fat free, too! I’ll have to write about those later.) And no, I don’t plan on eating the entire pan tonight to get em out of the way before Friday morning. My hubby loves em too, so we kinda ration em out between us over a few days.

I didn’t exercise for the last 3 days either. I’m not sure why. I just didn’t. I typically take the baby out for a walk in the stroller for 30 to 60 minutes a day, and then some evenings I use my treadmill or elliptical machine for another 20 or 30 minutes.

I’ll weigh myself in the morning, and my Weight Watchers points-counting starts fresh. I’ve started thinking of my weeks from Friday through Thursday since I began weighing myself on Fridays! Crazy huh.

Maybe it won’t be too bad, but I wouldn’t be shocked if I gained 2 pounds.

Oh well. I’ll let ya know in the morning.

P.S. Here’s a pic of that brownie mix I was talking about.
